Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can shop without creating an account, though registering allows you to track orders and save items on your Wishlist.

How do I place an order on the site?

Can I cancel or modify my order?

You may modify or cancel you order if it hasn't shipped yet. For assistance, reach out to our customer service info@theluxuryaccess.com. Please note that adding items to an existing order isn't possible, but you're welcome to place a new order for additional items.

On the Sign In page, select "Forgot your password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive instructions to reset it.

What makes The Luxury Access's pricing unique?

The Luxury Access's model brings you luxury products from a global network of brands and partners, each of whom sets their own prices. This approach means the same item may vary in price across different partners.

When will my card be charged?

Your card is charged once your order is ready for shipping, although your bank or card issuer may place a temporary hold on the amount when you place the order.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, Elo, UnionPay, ShopPay, and ApplePay, with all transactions securely processed.

Are my personal details secure?

Product Availability & Authenticity

Why are there duplicate items on the website?

We partner with numerous European boutiques, each managing its own inventory, so you may see the same item listed more than once at varying prices.

Are The Luxury Access items authentic?

Yes, we work exclusively with reputable boutiques and designers to ensure all products are 100% authentic.

How will my order be packaged?

Your items will be securely packaged, often including designer-provided dust bags to keep them in pristine condition.

Shipping, Taxes & Duties

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free on orders over $200. A fee of $19.95 applies for orders below this amount.

When will I receive my order, and how do I track it?

Orders typically ship within two business days and are delivered within 3-5 business days. Tracking details are sent via email, and you can also track your order through your account.

Will I need to pay taxes and duties?

Taxes and duties are calculated at checkout, ensuring full transparency.

How are taxes and duties calculated?

All items ship from Europe. Orders over certain thresholds may incur import customs/duty taxes, which are collected by your country’s customs authority.

How can I change my order address?

If your order hasn’t been processed, we can update the shipping address. For processed orders that haven’t shipped, we will forward your request to our boutique partner and confirm if the change is made. Unfortunately, we cannot alter addresses for orders already in transit.

Important Note: Redirecting shipments on your own carries risk, and The Luxury Access cannot be held responsible for any resulting issues.

Returns & Refunds

What is The Luxury Access's return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery and offer a full refund, excluding shipping costs and duties/taxes. Items must be unworn, undamaged, unused, and returned with tags in original packaging. Please note, items cannot be returned based on scent alone.

When will I receive my refund?

After verifying the returned items, we’ll process your refund through the original payment method, usually within 5-7 business days, depending on your provider.

Will shipping and import duties/taxes be refunded on return?

No, returns involve extra costs like shipping, customs duties, and courier fees, which are non-refundable. You will need to cover these charges.

What should I do if I receive the wrong item?

Please email us at info@theluxuryaccess.com and include pictures of:

  • The front and back of the item
  • The defect or incorrect part of the item
  • Attached tags
  • Stickers on the item packaging (e.g., box or plastic covering)
  • Any other labels or documents (e.g., AWB labels)
