- Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot process return requests beyond this period.
- Return Fees & Process: We do not offer free returns. Since items are imported directly from Europe, all returns must go through European customs.

- Canada: CAD 40
- Hong Kong: HKD 275
- Singapore: SGD 50
- United Kingdom: GBP 28
- United States & International: USD 35
Please note that return fees are non-refundable. If a return is rejected, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to have the item(s) sent back.

Color Accuracy: Due to differences in screen settings across monitors, mobile devices, and tablets, product colors may appear slightly different in real life. While we strive to represent colors as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee an exact match.

Return Monitoring: We monitor return activity and reserve the right to flag or refuse returns at our discretion. Excessive returns may lead to account suspension or closure.
How to Begin a Return

Contact Us: Email info@theluxuryaccess.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos, if applicable.
- Receive Instructions: We'll send detailed instructions and a return label. Note that customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
- Packaging and Shipping: Ensure the product is in its original condition with all packaging intact and follow the return instructions provided
Return Eligibility Based on Situation

Damaged on Arrival:
- Inspection: Check the product upon delivery.
- Reporting: If the item is damaged, contact us immediately. Leave sealed, damage products unopened and include a description and photos.
- Resolution: You can choose a return, replacement, or refund.

Change of Mind:
- Terms: Unused items in their original packaging and with tags can be returned within 14 days.
- Process: Email info@theluxuryaccess.com to initiate this return.

Exchanges:
- We do not offer exchanges. You will need to return the original item and place a new order.

Incorrect Product Received:
- Reporting: Contact us right away if you received the wrong item.
- Resolution: We'll arrange the return and send the correct item at no extra cost.
Before initiating a return, please carefully review and agree to our return policy:
- Duties & Shipping Fees: Import duties and taxes are non-refundable, as they are collected by your country’s customs. Additionally, shipping fees cannot be refunded.
- Return Location: Returns cannot be sent to our office. All returns must be shipped to our partners in Europe. Any return sent to our office will not be processed or refunded.
- Refused Deliveries: If you refuse delivery, you remain responsible for the order contents and will not be eligible for a full refund.
- Returning Items from Different Boutiques: Items purchased from different boutiques must be returned separately, each with its own shipping box and return label.
- Restricted Items: We do not accept returns for fur, padded, or down coats. In rare cases where an exception is made, a non-refundable fee of USD 120 will be charged for customs and duties, plus the standard return fee of USD 35. Please contact Customer Service for assistance.
- Multiple Item Returns: If returning multiple items from one order, submit a separate return request for each item, as different products may need to be sent back to different boutiques.
- Return Address: All returns must be shipped from the original shipping address.
- Return Window & Condition: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and undamaged, in their original condition.
Return Requirements:
- Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags and labels still attached. Returns without these will not be accepted.
- All returns must include all original packaging, such as dust bags, brand boxes, and shoe boxes, as they are considered part of the product.
- Any security tags or brand tags must remain attached in their original position.
- Do not use your own return label.
All returns must be shipped using the provided return label to our partners in Europe. Once we receive and confirm your return, your refund will be processed within 10-14 business days via the original payment method. If a return is sent without prior approval, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs, taxes, and customs fees, and no refund will be issued.
Pick-up Service
To schedule a pick-up, please contact us at info@theluxuryaccess.com after receiving your return label. This service is available only for DHL-labeled returns and U.S. customers.
We comply with all applicable return and refund regulations. By submitting a return request, you acknowledge and agree to the return policy outlined above.

Refund Details:
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method. Timing may vary based on your payment provider.
- Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email with refund details once processed.
- Delayed Refunds: If your refund doesn't appear after 10 business days, check with your bank or payment provider, or contact us info@theluxuryaccess.com for support.
