At The Luxury Access, we’re committed to offering a smooth and transparent shipping process tailored to our customers.

Shipping Options

We provide standard (4-6 business days) and express (3-5 business days) shipping within the United States to ensure fast, secure deliveries. Both options are available for an additional charge, regardless of order amount. Please note that shipping may be subject to delays during public holidays.

Shipping Rates

  • United States & International Regions: Free standard shipping on orders over USD 200. A USD 19.95 shipping fee applies to orders below USD 200. Express shipping starts from USD 20.
  • Singapore: Free standard shipping on orders over SGD 300. A SGD 30.00 shipping fee applies to orders below SGD 300.
  • Australia: Free standard shipping on orders over AUD 300. A AUD 30.00 shipping fee applies to orders below AUD 300.
  • Hong Kong: Free standard shipping on orders over HKD 1500. A HKD 160.00 shipping fee applies to orders below HKD 1500.
  • United Kingdom: Free standard shipping on orders over GBP 150. A GBP 15.00 shipping fee applies to orders below GBP 150.
  • Canada: Free standard shipping on orders over CAD 250. A CAD 25.00 shipping fee applies to orders below CAD 250.

Tracking and Multiple Shipments

Upon shipping, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can also track your order by logging into your account and checking the order history section. Orders with items from multiple luxury boutiques will ship separately.

Shipping Partner

We collaborate with DHL Express and UPS for expedited deliveries, typically scheduled Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. local time. We work closely with our partners to ensure timely deliveries.

Customs and Import Fees

  • All costs, including customs and import duties, are covered upfront, and the total amount will be shown at checkout. There are no hidden fees.
  • If you choose to decline a package, you will be responsible for all shipping fees, return costs, customs duties, and handling charges.
  • Please note that we cannot undervalue orders or label them as gifts

Delivery Details

Orders are delivered to the specified address or designated third-party recipient. Refused deliveries or missed pickups will make you liable for the order's contents without eligibility for a full refund.

Our shipping partners may provide optional delivery services, such as:

  • Waiving the signature requirement upon delivery
  • Redirecting to a neighbor, receptionist, or security desk
  • Scheduling a preferred delivery date
  • Collecting from a local pick-up location

Choosing any of these options means The Luxury Access is not liable for any resulting loss or damage.

Once your order is delivered to the specified address and marked as completed, our responsibility ends. We are not accountable for any shipping delays. The Luxury Access retains ownership of goods until they are delivered.

Shipment Redirection

For self-initiated redirection requests, customers accept full responsibility for any potential loss or damage. We recommend reaching out to customer service at info@theluxuryaccess.com if you need help with redirection. Please be aware that The Luxury Access cannot be held liable for any issues arising from self-directed redirection requests.
